Join us for a series of virtual retreats that focus on you. Be inspired by talking with peers, restore your soul and fill your cup.

About this Event

Who should attend: Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, Chaplains, Social Workers, Mental Health Professionals, Medical Students, all professionals working in Oncology.

Dates & Times: Three Saturday morning sessions of self-care held on 9/26, 10/10, and 10/24 from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm (Pacific Time).

What to expect: Activities include mindfulness, gentle movement, journaling, art, fast and fresh cooking demos, and Healing Circle work. Take away lasting, easy techniques for self-care, empowerment, and improved coping.
